Medical Receptionist

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of medical office practices? We are seeking three Medical Call Center Representatives in the Windham, NH area. This role provides a critical connection between patients and the care they need, offering exceptional experiences along the way!

As a Medical Call Center Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Inbound Call Management: Answering and managing approximately 40–50 calls per day from patients and other stakeholders with professionalism and accuracy.
• Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments efficiently using EMR systems.
• Electronic Document Handling: Renaming and properly organizing incoming e-faxes within the system.
• Data Entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining patient and clinical information.

Successful candidates will have:

• Familiarity with medical terminology to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Scheduling experience, ideally in a busy medical environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, such as Abbadox, Allscripts, Cerner, Meditech, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Athenahealth.
• A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Preferred but not required: Experience in radiology or a similar specialty field.
