If you have prior Auto Sales experience, that's awesome and we'll offer you tools and support to make you even better! We have a Pay Plan based entirely on volume, not Gross Profit. Really! It's simple with no surprises and will allow a talented Salesperson to easily make $100,000 and more.And the best part - we won't change your Pay Plan when you start to make the big income you've earned. Key word - earned.

Job Responsibilities- Come in early/on time, be super happy, motivated and be dedicated to making more money that you ever have
- Understand/connect with and show our customers what makes you and our dealership special
- You will be guaranteed a minimum of $1000/wk. even during training! Really
- You will be asked to work a 5-day work week with only 3 nights until 8:00p - we close at 6:00p on Friday's and Saturday's so those nights are always yours. And closed on Sunday!!!
- We offer the best Full company benefits including Health/Dental/Eye Care and Life Insurance for you and your family if needed, Profit Sharing and 401K.
- Must have a clean driving record and live close so you can spend more time with your family and here with us than in the car. We are 10 minutes from Morristown!
