- College Degree
- 3+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials
Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with standard PC software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and confidently recommend process improvements
- Solid analytical skills

Responsibilities
Principal Duties:
- Train and mentor AP team members by sharing knowledge and skills to help them meet performance goals, processing over 2 million payment requests each year.
- Guide colleagues in balancing three key goals: making payments quickly and accurately, following company policies, and providing excellent customer service.
- Work with end users and payees to resolve issues with incomplete or incorrect payment requests, ensuring payments are processed on time.
- Follow all fraud prevention and payment protocols set by the company’s finance and materials management teams.
