We are looking for a skilled commercial HVAC tech for a progressive, well established mechanical contractor Due to the success and growth of the business they are in search of senior level HVAC techs for the Charleston area.

The Role you will play:

Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems to include but not limited to the following:

• Chilled water systems including chiller, pumps, cooling towers and associate control valves, piping and operation controls
• Boiler System including low pressure steam and hot water boilers, expansion tanks, umps and controls
• Large rooftop package direct expansion equipment (Intellipak, etc)
• Commercial air handling units and exhaust systems

DDC controls knowledge ( plus)

Communicate with customer and interoffice in a courteous and professional manner
