Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid (Center City Philadelphia, PA)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and management, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
• Maintain case files, document organization, and evidence tracking to ensure efficient handling of cases.
• Billing time and time entry experience.

• Draft and format pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery responses for state and federal courts, including electronic filing (e-filing) in PA, NJ, and federal court systems.
• Prepare subpoenas, exhibits, and deposition summaries.

• Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Provide assistance during mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including preparing trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files.

• 2-5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with strong knowledge of defense work in complex litigation.
• Proficiency in case management software, e-filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience with billing and time entry for legal matters.
• Exceptional organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
