Litigation Paralegal

A growing midsized firm in Bothell is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team.

The salary range is 65-90k DOE with additional structured bonus earnings, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with 3% match, 2 weeks PTO plus additional sick time, 9 paid holidays and other perks!

• Supporting 1-3 attorneys on a variety of civil litigation matters
• Drafting and finalizing legal documents such as pleadings, motions and discovery
• Responding, requesting and managing discovery process
• Prepping for trial and hearings
• Act as a point of contact with clients, maintaining a professional and positive relationship

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal
• Experience handling the litigation process from beginning to end
• Strong drafting, formatting and proofreading skills
• Excellent understanding of local court procedures and deadlines for King and Snohomish County and Federal Western District of Washington
• Knows how to bill their time, or has previous experience supporting attorneys with their billable hour tracking/entering
