Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
- Active Bar Admission in California(link removed)>
- 1+ years of substantive experience in litigation, including professional liability, employment defense, products liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, architects & engineers and/or general construction litigation(link removed)>
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
