IT Support Technician - Robert Half

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Software Support:
• Provide technical support for a variety of IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Assist users with software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Office Support:
• Provide general IT support for the office environment, including network maintenance, printer management, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with conference room setups and AV equipment.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Administration:
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM):
• (Optional, based on experience) Manage and support mobile devices (Intune and Apple devices) using MDM tools.
• Deploy and configure mobile device settings and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices and MDM.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools, such as Intune.
• Experience with Apple devices.
• Scripting or programming experience (e.g., PowerShell).
