Program, Project & Service Management Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program, Project & Service Management Associate Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Develop project plans and estimates for end-to-end project delivery while managing overall schedules, timelines, risks, and improvements.
• Ensure proper and regular communications across all functional team members for a study project while monitoring and managing execution of deliverables.
• Ensure that project team complies with internal processes, quality reviews, SLAs, metrics, and timelines in a proactive manner.
• Identify process issues and develop proposals to address improvement opportunities with client and other functional area stakeholders.
• Act as internal advisor to peers and Managers related to performance, best practices, and overall service delivery on assigned projects.
• Manage effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility and build client relationships in the wider group or unit.
• Lead and/or serve on teams to optimize processes and use of data management related technology to build a more efficient organization, and additionally encourage practical applications of these new ideas.
