Job Title: Junior Administrator - two positions

Location: Dublin 2

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: 27-30k Depending on experience

Start Date: Applicants must be available to interview the week of 7th October with a view to a start as soon as possible

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining office files, and handling general admin and IT tasks.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Our client is a residential provider, enabling vulnerable people within the community to have safe housing in a secure, managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Managing and organising files and documents.
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and general office duties.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Managing various correspondence.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written with fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
