Procurement Specialist
Randstad is supporting a large financial firm who is looking to hire a Procurement Operations Specialist. This is a 6-month contract role covering a team member who is on a project. The role requires deep knowledge of the Ariba P2P process, including purchase requisitions, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and issue resolution. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days in Irvine Tuesday through Thursday. Qualifications:
- Ariba Procure to Pay experience is a MUST
- Fieldglass Profile Worker and SOW modules
- Must have 3-5 years experience with purchasing in Fieldglass and Ariba.

Responsibilities- Candidates must have experience in Ariba Procure to Pay and Fieldglass Profile Worker and SOW Modules.
- Candidate will be working with the procurement operations team supporting everything related to procurement.
- Candidate will make sure approved requests turn into purchase orders.
- Candidate will also help clients with purchase order related questions.
