Key Responsibilities
HR Administrative Support- Oversee and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HR systems, including data entry, updates, and reporting related to employee information.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, setting up equipment, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and retrieving company assets.
- Provide administrative assistance during the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating all necessary logistics.
- Act as a point of contact between candidates and the hiring team to ensure a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to monitor candidate pipelines and create timely updates to hiring managers.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and events to enhance company culture.
- Maintain open lines of communication across all levels of the company to foster a collaborative environment.
- Assist employees with enrollment and troubleshooting of benefit programs.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate time tracking and resolving any discrepancies.
- Track employee leaves, attendance, and PTO balances as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support the creation and updating of company policies and employee handbooks.
- Help implement and reinforce HR policies across the organization.
- Assist with special projects, including researching and implementing HR software tools and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fintech or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Competency in HR tools and platforms, such as HRIS systems, ATS systems, Concur, or Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with compensation and benefits administration.
- Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant HR credentials.
- Exposure to HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with fintech operations or experience in a startup environment.
