Commisioned Sales Representative

Psychsoftpc is looking for results-driven commision only Sales Representatives throughout the United States in the High Performance Computer field to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
To be successful as a Sales person, you should stay up-to-date with product features. Ultimately, the duties of a sales person are to achieve excellent customer service, while successfully representing the company.
Responsibilities- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered by Psychsoftpc and discuss available options
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. suggeting marketing activities, suggesting user categories)
- Knowledge of computers and high performance computing
- Some work experience as a Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours
- High school degree; Some College or better preferred
- Must reside in the United States
