Job Summary:

The Salesforce Developer will lead enhancements, customizations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs. Collaborating with project managers and business analysts, this role delivers technical solutions to optimize workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, CityBase, DataBakup).
• Ensure data accuracy, including regular cleanup and validation.
• Create technical documentation and support user testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with third-party integrations (preferred: CityBase, SharePoint).

Minimum Qualifications:

• MQ1: Proof of 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems.
• MQ2: 10+ years in Salesforce configuration and development for orgs with 30+ users.
• MQ3: 5+ recent years in Salesforce development for utility/government clients; preference for publicly owned electric utilities.
• MQ4: Documentation of at least one example of training materials for Lightning users.
