We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Procurement Consultant in the Investment Management industry. The position is located in Ft. Worth, Texas, and will involve setting up new procurement processes and improvements.

Hybrid - 3 days in office

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new procurement processes to streamline operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement functions
  • Handle back office indirect spend including IT, Legal, Professional Services, and Office Services
  • Utilize software such as ServiceNow, Contracts 365, MS Excel, and Workday to manage procurement tasks effectively
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service in resolving inquiries and issues
  • Oversee the integration of procurement processes with other business functions
  • Utilize skills in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, About Time, and Materials Handling to enhance procurement operations
  • Manage contract administration efficiently to maintain smooth business operations
  • Ensure time compliance in all procurement operations.
  • Proven proficiency in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, and About Time software.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance and contract administration.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with materials handling.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of the investment management industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
