We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Procurement Consultant in the Investment Management industry. The position is located in Ft. Worth, Texas, and will involve setting up new procurement processes and improvements.
Hybrid - 3 days in office
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new procurement processes to streamline operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement functions
- Handle back office indirect spend including IT, Legal, Professional Services, and Office Services
- Utilize software such as ServiceNow, Contracts 365, MS Excel, and Workday to manage procurement tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract administration
- Provide exceptional customer service in resolving inquiries and issues
- Oversee the integration of procurement processes with other business functions
- Utilize skills in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, About Time, and Materials Handling to enhance procurement operations
- Manage contract administration efficiently to maintain smooth business operations
- Ensure time compliance in all procurement operations.
- Proven proficiency in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, and About Time software.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance and contract administration.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with materials handling.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of the investment management industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
