Human Resources Generalist

Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for HR best practices with emphasis on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Handling leave administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policies align with labor laws.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related topics and issues.
• Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience handling HR generalist functions.
• Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of BA degree will consider 5+ years of generalist experience
• Solid work history handling recruitment processes and employee leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred requirements include:

• SHRM Certification
• 7 + years of Human Resources experience
• Automotive Experience

Rate of Pay: $60,000- $75,000 Annual
