Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and create multimedia content for websites, social media, presentations, and other digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with marketing, communications and digital strategy teams to align multimedia designs with brand identity and mission.
3. Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats for optimal user experience.
4. Use advanced design software and technologies to execute the creative vision.
5. Create graphic layouts, animations, and interactive media that use design principles.
6. Stay updated on latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
7. Assist in planning and executing storyboard, shooting schedule, budgets and resources for various multimedia projects.
8. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed to meet company objectives.
9. Modify and refine designs using working models to conform with customer specifications and production limitations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years experience in a relevant role.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
4. Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
5. Strong understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
6. Versatility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
7. Creativity and strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
9. Well-versed in the latest graphic design methods, practices, techniques, and associated principles.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
