DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Rosegate Village is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, skilled physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.The PT screens and evaluates patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develops initial and ongoing care.
ASC Therapies Mentorship Program- Structured 9 month mentorship program
- Dedicated Mentor
- Scheduled meetings as part of normal work week
- Opportunity to clinically collaborate with experienced clinicians
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
