We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager and AGM for the DC market.
Candidates should have HIGH VOLUME experience over 4M/year, an abundance of energy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to tackle all challenges head-on.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of current casual dining Restaurant General Manager experienceHigh volume background; must have sales experience in restaurants doing over $4 million in sales per year
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Great with financial side, strong analytical skills
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
