We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist at our CPA firm, situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your duties will revolve around managing customer interactions, maintaining and organizing client records, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
  • Handling email correspondence with clients and team members
  • Organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system
  • Entering client data accurately into the system
  • Distributing tax returns to walk-in clients
  • Posting payments to client accounts
  • Providing top-notch customer service to our clients
  • Scheduling appointments using Google Calendar
  • Using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for various tasks
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills in all client and team interactions • Proficiency in using a Multi-Line Phone System to handle and direct incoming calls efficiently.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to interact with clients and provide them with needed assistance.
  • Competence in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage Email Correspondence professionally, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Word to create, edit, and format documents.
  • Ability to Organize Files systematically and accurately for easy retrieval.
  • Experience in Scheduling Appointments, ensuring no clashes and that all parties are informed in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar for scheduling, updating, and tracking appointments and events.
