As a key member of our team, you'll shape the future of automation DevOps at scale, working with exciting systems while driving process improvements that impact operations daily. You'll be instrumental in bridging development and operations, creating efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions for our growing automation infrastructure.

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automated systems
Architect and drive continuous improvement initiatives for system CI/CD pipelines
Develop and implement service improvement strategies for system reliability and performance
Create scalable monitoring and diagnostic solutions for complex systems
Lead technical process improvements across development and operations teams
Drive standardization of DevOps practices across automation systems
Collaborate with other support teams to enhance operational efficiency
Implement predictive maintenance and monitoring solutions- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
  • 5+ years of systems development experience, with 3+ years focused on DevOps/SRE
  • Experience in programming with demonstrated experience in automation framework development
  • Strong experience with control systems and automation
  • Experience with industrial networking protocols
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements in complex technical environments- Experience with distributed systems at scale
  • Experience building services using AWS products
  • Experience with automation system integration
  • Knowledge of automated material handling systems
  • Expertise in IoT implementations and edge computing
  • Background in industrial safety systems
  • Experience with monitoring and diagnostic systems
  • Experience with predictive maintenance systems
  • Experience with system security and hardening
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code and configuration management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
