Job Description
Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Use problem solving to find ways to advance and improve processes
- Design and develop new products
- Improve existing product lines
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams
- Ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement project timelines and budgets
- Present product ideas and final deliverables to key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process and product innovation and enhancements
- Work closely with the manufacturing department to develop prototypes

The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Development Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the automotive, aerospace, plastics or rubber manufacturing industries
- The ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments
- A passion for product development and innovation
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $95,000
