Inventory Control & Logistics Specialist
Reporting to the Inventory and Logistics Manager, the Inventory Specialist works hand in hand with internal stakeholders, proactively supporting the needs and requirements of the business by managing and reporting on the day-to-day Inventory Control and Logistics function for Sunnova.
Job Responsibilities- Maintaining equipment transfer data in Financial Force.
- Maintaining equipment installation data in Financial Force.
- Maintaining purchase order receipts in Financial Force.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in the following:
- Supply chain analysis
- Inventory control
- Distribution
- Inventory records management
- Warehouse cycle counting
- Audit compliance
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting & searches)
- Data mining & management
- Accounting (accounts payable/receivable)
- Detail orientated.
