Your Impact:

  • Supervise project workflow, ensuring tasks are defined, schedules are managed and deliverables progress smoothly.
  • Assist project managers and consultants with in-depth market research and analysis, contributing to project execution and proposal assembly.
  • Build and extend relationships with clients through membership program management.
  • Utilize various components of database information to assist with client inquiries and the creation of project reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis for our programs, publications and studies.
  • Establish and grow areas of technical/commercial expertise in several areas of catalytic processes and catalysis industries.

Market Research:

  • Manage and delegate all corporate market research efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and returning content to Consultants and Project Managers, personally handling all market research that requires a technical background.
  • Use company databases to:
  • Monitor industry trends, changes, and critical industry topics and developments.
  • Develop business intelligence on the competitive landscape and through review of top company performers’ websites and press releases.
  • Gather and synthesize information and assist with the creation of project reports.

Operations:

  • Create, revise, maintain and manage technical databases and templates, ensuring they are user-friendly and capture all relevant data.
  • Technical selection of articles to develop abstracts for membership and subscription communications and publications.

Corporate Responsibilities:

  • Complete any assignments given by the Operations Manager and corporate executives.

What You Bring:

  • Experience & Expertise: Required skills include market research, project management and business development.
  • Innovative Spirit: Eager to learn, detail-oriented and ready to bring an entrepreneurial attitude to the team.
  • Scientific Background: Bachelors or technical degree in relevant area of study, including but not limited to chemical processing or organic chemistry, in addition to broad energy and chemical industrial experience, 3 years minimum.
  • Strategic Skills: Highly articulate and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities and a keen attention to detail, complemented by critical thinking and robust analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in market research databases (Profound, Lexis-Nexis, Dialog Chem, Delphion, Science Direct, etc.) and MS Office Suite, with exceptional Excel knowledge.
