Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are taking this industry by storm and we need a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team! We are looking for a driven individual with 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. Experience with Personal Injury Cases is a must. This a rare opportunity to work directly with our firm's managing partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be organized and have experience handling personal injury claims from inception and through trial
- 2 + years Personal Injury experience is a must
- Meet with clients individually and with managing attorney
- Thorough file reviews
- Drafting of Motions
- The ideal candidate will be driven, task-oriented and able to handle high-value cases
- E-filing and service of Pleadings
- Communicate with providers while forming relationships for priority service
- Schedule and maintaining docket
- Assist with preparation of pleadings and hearings
- Proofread and edit draft documents
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
