Key Functions:
- Pre-sales and customer proof-of-concept deployments.
- Product implementation in customer environments.
- Customer support and success.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes in the cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of container orchestration.
- Proven track record deploying Kubernetes-based products.
- Active ties to the Kubernetes community (e.g., conference presentations).
- Strong customer focus, excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Scripting and IaC proficiency (Helm, Terraform, Ansible).
Nice to Haves:
- Senior-level DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
- Startup experience.
- Understanding of hypervisors and virtualization.
