Responsibilities:

1. Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a timely manner.
2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Handle customer complaints, guide them through correct procedures, and provide effective solutions.
4. Create accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer queries promptly.
6. Follow established customer service procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and courteous.
