Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Walnut, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
