My client is a leading global personal care and beauty company with a large portfolio of iconic brand in the hair, skin and nail industry!

Job Description

Lead product development intiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute priority hair care projects.
Ensure that products meet consumer needs and are delivered on time.
Come up with strategic innovation opportunies while understanding key unmet consumer desires.
Uphold strong customer/channel understandings.
Support overall growth of the brand for North America.
Co-develop regional initiatives with the marketing team and manufacturing operations to ensure the products are in compliance with laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related science field. MASTER DEGREE PREFERRED!
5-10 years of experience.
Experience executing an entire product development process from inception to commercialization.
Some technical experience in a lab is a plus.
Experience managing a team is a plus (interns included).
Coming from the personal care space.
