What You Will Do:
- Work independently and manage your time effectively.
Heavy Lead Generation - Place outbound calls to qualified applicants and conduct interviews with a positive approach.
Set up daily, weekly, and monthly goals through lead generation activities of multiple channels
Prospecting potential candidates through all means of data sources, ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Job Postings, etc.
Strong Communication Skills - Make 20+ calls daily to reach KPIs
Attend Weekly Global Training Sessions 3-4 Times a week- Track online conversion ratios (appointments/sales, leads/converted appointments, appointments made/appointments kept) and reports information to the management team.
