Job Description:

Robert Half is currently searching for a knowledgeable and passionate Business Solutions Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a Direct Hire role with our client, with remote flexibility for candidates local to the Madison, WI area.

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting customers to execute, adjust, and rectify business software solutions. The optimal candidate will have significant experience in business software systems and comprehensive knowledge of ERP products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in concert with customers to comprehend their business necessities and objectives.
• Execute and configure ERP, CRM, and additional business software solutions, guaranteeing they meet the customer's needs.
• Offer continued support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
• Lead training sessions for customers to ensure successful use of software systems.
• Generate and uphold documentation linked to software implementations and configurations.
• Convey the progress of work to both customers and team members.
• Work together with colleagues to confirm our team surpasses customer expectations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and improvements in business software solutions.
• Carry out all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Prior experience implementing Acumatica ERP required.
• Robust problem-solving ability and effective software troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management.
• Understanding of other ERP systems.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Previous experience implementing advanced financials and payroll solutions is highly desired.
