Clamp operator - 2nd shift

Our appliances distribution client in Aberdeen MD is looking for experienced clamp operators to join their team. If you are have atleast 1 year of sit down forklift or clamp truck experience and want to join a growing company, apply today!!! They're are doing quipement testing in-person on Tuesday and Thursday; either 9:30a or 1:30p.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Accurately transfer product / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.
• Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.
• Trained to recognize “obvious damage” at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.
• Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.
• Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs.
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• May operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery
