Robert Half is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their law firm client.
The Paralegal position is responsible for providing assistance to attorneys in various types of commercial real estate transactions, extensive title and survey review, preparing real estate closing documents and title and survey summaries, and preparing and filing UCCs and performing UCC and diligence searches.
The following are the qualifications for the Paralegal position:
- Experience handling substantive commercial real estate work at a law firm or legal department of a company;
- Title and survey review experience;
- Exceptional communication skills and good writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities;
- Strong tech and office software proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite;
