This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain financial records to ensure up-to-date information is available.
• Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take charge of collections, ensuring all outstanding payments are recovered.
• Use QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Use Microsoft Excel for various data processing and analysis tasks.
• Manage general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate billing procedures are followed.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Must be familiar with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Demonstrated ability in Billing is essential
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Experience with Invoice Processing is a must
• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable
• SAP proficiency is highly advantageous
