Responsibilities:

• Educate and train students in driving techniques and road safety
• Provide behind-the-wheel instruction
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to effectively convey driving concepts
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom or during driving lessons

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience working with students or in adult education preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting if teaching in classroom
• Patient, calm, and able to work well with students of varying skill levels
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations or an interested to learn them
