• Oversee all field operations from project start to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inspections, track daily project progress, and resolve on-site issues to maintain timelines and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site construction activities, ensuring seamless communication with project stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically in commercial construction projects valued at $5M+.
• Proven track record of managing multiple subcontractors and delivering projects on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and blueprint interpretation.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Based in South Florida or willing to relocate, with a deep understanding of the local construction market.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
