We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist for our client in LaPlace, Louisiana. As a Receptionist, your focus will be to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.   • Organize files systematically for easy retrieval

  • Perform scanning tasks to digitize important documents
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while interacting with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
