Tax Preparer - Robert Half

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Preparer in Upland, California.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing tax returns, working with Quickbooks, and interacting with clients. This role is particularly suitable for those with strong 10-key skills and experience with individual, C, S-Corps, and Partnership tax preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, C, S-Corps, and Partnerships with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Quickbooks for various accounting tasks related to tax preparation.
• Perform 10-key assessments as part of the financial data entry and calculation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by facing clients and communicating effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EA or CTEC certification requirements and standards.
• Leverage software such as Creative Solutions - UltraTax and Ultratax CS for tax preparation tasks.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and address their inquiries.
• Maintain and update client records regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Process client tax documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
