Position Overview
We are looking for a Program Director with Oracle Financial Experience to lead and manage our financial program initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of program objectives, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and financial strategies.This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of financial projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate program updates and insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Financial applications and integration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
