Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean safe organized environment.We are searching for candidates who have at least 2 years of inpatient hospital nursing assistant experience.
As a Float Pool Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in patient care. Your compassion, empathy, and ability to anticipate needs will be critical. Here’s what you can expect:

Qualifications:
Education:- High School Diploma or GED
- Post High School Special Training preferred
- Either minimum 2 years experience OR valid FL CNA license
- BLS
- at least 2 years of inpatient hospital nursing assistant experience highly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
