Scrum Master - Contingent

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, conduct, and schedule all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Train and coach team members on agile processes, methods, and tasks to ensure consistent understanding and application of agile practices.
- Maintain and groom the backlogs for various projects, facilitating thorough and productive backlog grooming sessions.
- Manage agile artifacts within Azure DevOps, ensuring all project tracking and documentation are up-to-date and accurately reflect project status.
- Track progress towards project delivery goals and provide leadership with high-level summaries and updates on project progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within technology or engineering sectors.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Proven experience managing Scrum ceremonies for enterprise engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for planning and tracking in an agile workflow.
- Experience in training teams and individuals on agile methodologies and best practices.
