The NA Consumables Private Brands team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager to help drive one of the most exciting categories at Amazon.com.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the product development efforts for Health & Wellness products, which includes OTC Drugs, First Aid, Vitamins, and Medical Devices, and be responsible for the following:- Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for our brands
- Identifying new product development opportunities
- Developing and bringing to market new products
- Coordinating product development across international and cross-functional teams
- Managing an existing assortment of products
- Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business
The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment. The Sr. Product Manager will interact with and influence multiple teams across the organization (US and global), such as Compliance, Food Safety, Legal, Design, Quality, Marketing & Discovery, Operations, etc.

- Leads, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned product category.
- Possesses a broad operations background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution, along with managing a working group.
- Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
- Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution with the team.
- Responsible for the overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and planned launch dates.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the product area including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
