Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple complex projects, acting as the central source of truth and providing governance.
- Develop and manage cross-functional project plans to clarify deliverables and timelines.
- Track progress, address risks, and facilitate resolution of issues across integrated projects.
- Drive project strategy and execution plans in partnership with functional leadership.
- Organize and lead project team meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align functional and corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 4+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience in clinical drug development; familiarity with GCP/GXP environments is a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred.
