Our company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in a gamut of human resources functions. Primary responsibilities will include payroll administration, employee engagement, onboarding, training coordination, and process ownership.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR facets, excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a flair for forging strong relationships with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee payroll processing: Compile payroll data such as work hours, deductions, and leave time from timekeeping records and personnel records. Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
  2. Develop and manage employee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and positive introduction for all new hires.
  3. Cultivate a work environment that promotes great employee engagement, reduces turnover, and bolsters overall satisfaction among our workforces.
  4. Lead employee training efforts: evaluate training needs, design and deliver training solutions for the team, track and report on training outcomes.
  5. Own the HR process, ensuring all procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  6. Support other HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Regular production of HR metrics and reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Solid experience in an HR Generalist role, especially in payroll processing and managing employee engagement.
  3. Proficient with HRMS, payroll software, and other related software.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of HR legal compliance and best practices.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
