Tasks

As our Sales Hunter for North America, you'll be a key player in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the US and Canada.
  • Building relationships with potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiating and closing deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Travelling to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed. (Note: fairly significant travel is expected and we provide comprehensive support to make your trips productive and enjoyable.)

Requirements

  • Experience in Flexo: We need you to know the market (not the products, that can be taught!) to hit the ground running

  • A Problem Solver: You're resourceful, adaptable, and able to overcome objections with creative solutions.
  • A Self-Manager: You're highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively while working independently.
  • A Team Player: You're collaborative and enjoy working with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
