Accounts Payable Specialist - Randstad

salary: $24 - $27 per hourshift: First

Responsibilities- Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system for approval and payment.
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, and reporting as needed.
