Tax Director/Manager - Corporate

The Director of Accounting and Tax will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless communication with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and nurturing the accounting and tax services team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Standardizing and assessing current processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the department.
• Pioneering the adoption of cutting-edge accounting technologies to enhance efficiencies.
• Making informed, concise decisions and recommendations to drive improvements quickly.
• Using skills such as Compliance software, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Compliance, and Documentation to manage Corporate Income Tax, Corporate Tax Compliance, and Corporate Tax Return.
• Promoting a strong track record of process improvement and technology integration.
• Maintaining exceptional organizational abilities, with a focus on accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in CCH Sales Tax and other compliance software
• Extensive experience in Accounting Functions including Auditing, Compliance, and Documentation
• Expertise in Corporate Income Tax, Corporate Tax Compliance, and Corporate Tax Return
• Practical knowledge of Bookkeeping
• Ability to manage and direct tax activities
• Excellent understanding of tax codes and laws
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification is preferred.
