Job Information Senior UX Researcher
Role Overview:
Join a team of UX strategists and designers working on a confidential project focused on clinical data and patient care. This role involves leading user-centered research to drive product innovation and improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute research strategies in collaboration with design and product teams.
- Plan and coordinate research participant recruitment with ResearchOps.
- Apply appropriate research methods to address project goals.
- Conduct evidence-based research and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analyze user needs, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
- Mentor designers in research best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of UX research experience with a strong portfolio of case studies.
- Expertise in various research methods, including large-scale, cross-linguistic studies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and executives.
- Strong data synthesis skills and ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interview Process:
- 45-min Introductory Interview (Hiring Manager)
- 2-Hour Interview Block (if progressing)
- 1-hour Portfolio Review
- 30-min Research Craft Interview
- 30-min Team Interview

A self-starter who is creative, analytical, and a strong team player. Must be able to conduct end-to-end research in an agile environment, apply discovery-driven methods (e.g., contextual inquiry, jobs-to-be-done), and synthesize data efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours: 9 AM - 5 PM ET. No specific degree required.
