Devereux/TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our Social Rehabilitation Supervisor position at our offices in Homestead, PA.
This position plays a critical role in fulfilling the mission of the department and Devereux/TCV by leading the team in designing relevant social rehabilitation activities and providing administrative oversight to ensure that the program’s operations reflect best practices in mental health recovery, and operate in a compliant, cost-efficient manner maximizing all community resources through integration.We are looking for a compassionate individual who believes in a strengths-based approach and uses positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
The Social Rehabilitation Supervisor position is designed to:
- Provide administrative oversight of Social Rehab Services and coordinate overall planning and implementation efforts according to county standards as well as internal policies, procedures.
- Provide solution focused supervision for all assigned staff by managing schedules, approving timecards, evaluating staff performance and holding staff accountable to meet performance standards.
- Provide direct social rehabilitation coaching services equivalent to 70% while providing management duties equivalent to 30%.
- Maintain organizational responsibilities to plan, schedule, evaluate and facilitate services supporting community integration and natural support development.
- Provides a structured orientation training to all new staff in SR services. Identifies staff development needs. Develops and monitor professional development.
- Network with other like county providers to proactively respond to changes.
- Promote and facilitate best practices in social rehab.
- Ensure cost effective fiscal management ensuring productivity, volume and budget targets are met monthly.
- Promote a no wait policy ensuring rapid intake/discharge to the services.
- Coordinates Care: Communicates promptly and effectively with all team members for continuity of care.
- Engagement: Outreach calls to re-engage individuals who have been not been participating in services. Works closely with new intakes and those struggling with making a connection.

Qualifications:
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in human services and/or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in mental health field required.
- Valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and driving history of three (3) years with MVR required.
- Act 33/34 (PA State Criminal and Child Abuse) Clearances and FBI Clearance.
