Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health

Pay: $103,000-$160,000 + $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm or 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications:

• BSN, 3 years Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) experience, NY RN License, BLS, and ACLS

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical and environmental operations to ensure quality and safe patient care
• Manage staffing decisions and enhance patient satisfaction
• Oversee outpatient service charges and departmental budget planning
• Lead staff hiring, supervision, and development efforts
• Drive performance improvement initiatives, participate in incident investigations, and develop policies
